      As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of an In-Room Dining Server is to provide exceptional customer service in the Room Service department by receiving calls, taking orders, ringing up tickets, and ensuring accurate payment processing for Room Service orders. This role is also knowledgeable about menu options and can suggest additional items or upgrades to guests, enhancing their dining experience. A crucial part of this role is reconciling tickets to ensure all charges are accounted for and working closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery to guests' rooms for a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

      • Assist in expediting Room Service orders by coordinating with kitchen and service staff, ensuring timely delivery to guests' rooms
      • Maintain organized and accurate records of all orders, including details such as guest names, order contents, and delivery times.
      • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to address any special requests or modifications to orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of guest preferences.
      • Be familiar with the Room Service menu and have a thorough knowledge of all available items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
      • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the hotel's amenities, services, and promotions, providing guests with helpful information as needed.
      • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the Room Service area, maintaining a tidy workspace and ensuring a hygienic environment for food preparation and service.
      • Prioritize guest satisfaction and exceed expectations by providing personalized service and promptly addressing any concerns or issues raised by guests.
