Rate of Pay: $17.25/hour Responsible for the ultimate professional guest service. Knowledge of product. Service of all food and beverage to the guests in guest Rooms, Suites and Villas. Cleanliness of the entire In Room Dining area. Displays a congenial appearance and follows grooming standards. Clear, clean, reset and maintains Room Service station during shift. Setup and deliver guest orders following all the Forbes 5 star standards. Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner. Assist other Servers to give the best possible service as specified in Room Service Standards of Service Manual. Understands the processes of delivery and removal of all room service product and equipment. Ensure all Special events and amenities are properly presented in accordance with guest and hotel specifications and standards. Assist in special guest functions in the room as per the guest requests Always works with and supports other servers and coordinators.
