      Job Description & Summary:

      We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager with over 25 years of proven leadership in end-to-end program delivery, custom solution development, and finance transformation automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing large-scale programs across organizations, with a strong track record in delivering innovative technology solutions aligned with finance and business objectives.

      Responsibilities:

      · Program Leadership: Lead complex, multi-stream finance transformation programs focused on automation, custom application development, and business process optimization.

      · Solution Strategy & Design: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions for financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

      · Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between C-level executives, finance leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

      · Governance & Risk Management: Establish program governance frameworks, manage risk portfolios.

      · Delivery Oversight: Ensure delivery excellence through agile and hybrid project management methodologies; manage budgets, resources, timelines, and quality metrics.

      · Automation Focus: Drive adoption of intelligent automation (RPA, AI/ML), data integration, and digital finance technologies to improve operational efficiency.

      · Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, mentor project managers, and promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

      · Change Management: Develop and execute change management and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

      · Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, performance enhancement, and strategic alignment across financial systems and business units.

      Mandatory skill sets:

      · Strong understanding of financial processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, tax and compliance.

      · Proven expertise in leading large-scale ERP, automation (RPA), and digital finance initiatives (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Workday, Apttus).

      · Hands-on experience with technologies (e.g., .Net, MSSQL, PL/SQL, APIs).

      · Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial objectives into technical solutions.

      · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

      Preferred skill sets:

      · Prior experience working with Big 4 consulting firms

      · Experience with cloud transformation in the finance domain (Azure, AWS).

      Years of experience required:

      25+ years of experience in IT program and project management, specifically in custom solution delivery for finance transformation initiatives.

      Education qualification:

      MBA or Master’s in Finance
