      Are you passionate about advancing drug discovery and making meaningful contributions to cutting-edge biomedical research? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled In Vivo Biologist to support our translational and preclinical research efforts in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


      Responsibilities

      • Independently conduct in vivo experiments to support early-stage research projects.
      • Perform or train others on animal handling, compound administration, dosing, sampling, and tissue collection.
      • Manage animal ordering, perform clinical observations, and assist with perioperative care.
      • Support facility oversight, including equipment maintenance, weekend room checks, and emergency response.
      • Collaborate with researchers to design and execute studies, including diet formulation and biologics preparation.
      • Analyze experimental results and contribute to team discussions and project advancement.
      • Maintain detailed records and ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of animal research.


      Qualifications

      Required Experience and Skills

      • Proficiency with small lab animals and hands-on techniques including dosing (all routes), bleeding, tissue collection, and general animal handling.
      • Experience in oncology, cardiometabolic disease, or biologics models is highly desirable.
      • Demonstrated ability to execute complex in vivo studies with minimal supervision.


      Education Requirements:

      • Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of in vivo experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of in vivo experience (Fields: chemical biology, molecular/cellular biology, pharmacology, biology, or a related discipline)
