      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
      - Determine customer's concerns and schedule necessary appointments
      - Communicate with customers in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed
      - Document and update customer records
      - Establish and maintain great customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Must meet network and equipment requirements
      - Positive, energetic, and service-oriented
      - Proficient computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems
      - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
      - Previous customer service or call center experience a plus
      - Must have a designated work space free of distractions and background noise
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
      - Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS!
