• Build relationships with carriers and internal teams to meet inbound delivery expectations.

• Host regular carrier and service provider calls.

• Maintain and distribute metrics reporting to improve transportation time and carrier service.

• Conduct analysis using tools such as BI, TMS, etc.

• Escalate performance or supply chain issues to management and service providers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
