      Takealot.com, a leading South African online retailer, is looking for a highly talented Inbound Returns Supervisor to join our Takealot Delivery Team in Johannesburg

      Job purpose :

      The Inbound Supervisor will be responsible for all stock received into the Returns DC.

      This position reports to the Returns Manager.

      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Ensure that all milk run deliveries are off-loaded and released timeously.
      • Ensure that documentation is checked, signed and copies distributed and filled Accordingly
      • Ensure that all staff comply with SOP’s.Address all deviations.
      • Complete and report on all KPI measures and provide reasons for deviations.
      • Ensure that all equipment under your control is used correctly and stowed away safely.
      • Capture and calculate overtime accurately and ensure submission deadlines are met without an error
      • Ensure that the attendance register/biometric data is accurate and to resolve any queries
      • Assist staff with administrative and operational requests.
      • Manage PPE and stationary requirements effectively.
      • Ensure that all staff are using the correct PPE for the task being performed.
      • Ensure that operational areas are kept clean.
      • Ensure that products are stowed correctly, safely and neatly.
      • Ensure that all returns are processed correctly and within SLA.

      Qualifications:

      • Matric
      • Tertiary qualification preferred

      • Computer literacy (excel, word, PowerPoint)
      • Experience in directly and indirectly managing people to deliver continuous improvement.
