      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive inbound calls and respond to chats from prospects, providing information and assistance
      - Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships and related products
      - Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering tailored solutions
      - Maintain expert knowledge of the product suite and accurately process orders and memberships
      - Track and document customer interactions, leads, and outcomes to meet sales and service KPIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Established success in sales and customer service, with a proven ability to exceed targets
      - Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
      - Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems
      - High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in both phone and chat-based sales or service roles
      - Familiarity with Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
      - Proven ability to foster relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences
