      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats from prospects
      - Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships through phone and chat channels
      - Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by providing tailored solutions for personal protection
      - Maintain expert knowledge of the product suite and process orders accurately
      - Track and document all customer interactions and consistently meet sales and service KPIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Established success in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to foster relationships and exceed targets
      - Required to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
      - Confident, dependable, and motivated by measurable success
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated results in both phone and chat-based sales or service roles
      - Solid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
      - Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems
