  Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  Salary: £25,044 plus monthly bonus
  Start Date: 6th January 2024

  You’ll need to be a people person, with great sales skills. Active listening and understanding the customers needs are key in this role so that an appropriate product can be offered to the customer.

  • You'll have previous sales experience

  • You'll need resilient and to be persuasive

  This team manages inbound calls from potential customers who are enquiring about our services and looking to join us. The team also receives inbound calls and emails from existing UW customers that want to transfer or close an account for their new home as well as potential new customers that are moving into a home currently supplied by UW.

  We deliver progress. What to expect through the day as an Advisor:

  • Meet call handling KPIS

  • Hitting sales targets

  • Going through your outstanding tasks and call backs

  • Attend training and upskilling sessions
