What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers by reserving the best storage units to fit their individual needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Handle inbound sales calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to achieve sales targets
- Maximize monthly commission opportunities through effective sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Ability to connect over the phone with customers
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales environment
- Strong communication skills and customer engagement abilities
- Availability to work some weekends
