What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outstanding customer service as an Inbound Sales Representative, assisting customers before and during the sale
- Explain cellular technology and service plans to customers, ensuring their needs are met
- Multitask by performing data entry, logging sales, researching solutions, and answering customer questions while on calls
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive workplace culture
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish, if applicable, to enhance their experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of over-the-phone sales experience
- Basic office computer skills, including general typing and data entry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve sales metrics
- Ability to pass a fluency test for bilingual opportunities in Spanish and English

- Previous experience with an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
