Job Description
- Req#: 16901
- Boost the Quality Culture and continuous improvement focusing the company operations in the Customer Satisfaction.
- Define the quality assurance and improvement plan of the company managing all activities described in the process P10.
- Responsible for the administration of the document control system (Master Lists, User Training, System Upgrade, and System Supervision).
- Supervises internal audits, ensuring the proper function of the internal audit system and supervises the lead auditor.
- During external audits, acts as a liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality system. Responsible for all relationships with registrars and for scheduling all external audits and pre-audits.
- To ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and/or associates.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned).
- Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
- Formulates and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other área managers to maximize product reliabilty and minimize costs.
- Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
Responsible for the maintenance of procedures related to the Quality Assurance.
