      Mission: (Brief statement of job’s primary purpose. Maximum of 2-4 sentences):

      The aim of the Human Resources Administrator is to provide support to the HR team and plant operations team. This role will oversee hiring, onboarding, payroll, performance management, safety, interpretation of company policies and practices, and employee engagement programs for a growing manufacturing Plant of 300+ employees. The successful candidate will possess the ability to create valued partnerships with management, supervisors, and employees.

      Essential Functions of Role:

      • Coordinates activities of Quality Technicians / Auditors as needed.
      • Train / mentor subordinate Quality Personnel as needed based on Grupo Antolin Procedures
      • Responsible for customer interfacing on quality issues for assigned responsibilities.
      • Responsible for supplier interfacing on quality issues for assigned responsibilities including APQP / PPAP.
      • Responsible for sample submissions for new product or engineering changes.
      • Maintain control plans, PFMEAs inspection and gage instructions and other assigned quality plan documentation
      • Lead problem solving activities for internal and external concerns relating to assigned responsibilities.
      • Maintain Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) documentation for assigned programs
      • Develop, implement and maintain data collection and metric systems to ensure effectiveness of quality systems.
      • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
      • Any additional reasonable request deemed necessary by Management. Has the authority to approve sample submission documentation.
      • Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process and quality systems.
      • Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process or quality system
      • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify implementation.
      • Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency is corrected.
      • Grupo Antolin Quality Systems including Test Tool Management, QIM Management, NCR, SAP as applicable.

      Educational Requirement: High School Graduate or Equivalent

      Area of Study: Technical Services

      (Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.)

      Years of Experience Required:

      • 1 -3 Minimum Years of Experience in Manufacturing Quality.
      • Less Than 1 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry

      Required Qualifications:

        • Language Required: English (Fluency with Reading, Writing, Speaking)
      • Experience with TPM.
      • Experience with SAP.
      • Strong leadership.
      • Knowledge of Method Time Management (MTM) and ISO/TS.
      • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.

      Travel Required: 5-25%
