- Coordination of investigations, conducting investigations, and completing investigation reports
- Conduct training and technical assistance for qualified vendors/service providers and division staff
- Drive to and from licensed settings to complete health and safety reviews
- Answer the incident reporting phone line and document calls
- Receive incident reports via fax, email, and verbal notification

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Effective interviewing skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet timelines
- Proficiency in various computer software applications
- Knowledge of investigation and fact-finding methods
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a vulnerable population
- Experience conducting investigations
- Proficiency in utilizing various computer programs
