Job Description
- Req#: 1430
- To provide an efficient empty (void) property management and letting service for residential and non-residential units including garages, sheds, allocated parking bays, cycle stores, and converted laundry spaces, to minimise turnaround times and maximise income.
- Conduct all viewings and sign-up’s
- Monitor all empty properties and provide regular reports on the status of each to senior management
- Ensure that all properties are updated on NEC (also known as Northgate) on daily basis
- To maintain waiting lists for non-residential units.
- To manage and monitor the parking enforcement contractor and the performance of the contractors and handypersons repairing garages, sheds, etc.
- Be able to produce clear, succinct and well-structured written work;
- Effectively manage own workload.
- Conveys messages effectively.
- Establishes clear targets and meets them.
- Have an understanding of local political agendas.
- Demonstrate resilience to pressure
- Maintain professionalism at all times.

About the Team:
Neighbourhood Housing Management Team provides a frontline housing management service to Lambeth tenants, leaseholders and other stakeholders involving casework, the investigation and resolution of service requests, enquiries, complaints and disputes.
