      What you'll do...

      About Team

      This role is part of the Walmart Product team (see description below) with a specific focus on building products for Walmart e-commerce. Your mission is to drive innovation in Walmart Marketplace. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be working in close collaboration with diverse functions including engineering, business, fellow product managers, and Seller's operations across various geographies. Your responsibility will be to liaise with key stakeholders to formulate and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of the product strategy. Your core focus will be on the creation of next-generation marketplace products designed to serve all facets of Walmart's e-commerce, both domestically and internationally. A key aspect of your role will be to analyze and drive enhancements in the seller platform, thereby improving its overall capabilities.

      What you'll do:

      • Define and lead the vision and strategy for global seller onboarding and activation for Walmart Marketplace, provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal experience

      • Work closely with architects and engineers to design scalable solutions

      • Collaborate with the product team to define product requirements and specifications.

      • Run usability tests and perform data analysis to evaluate the seller onboarding experience and identify areas for improvement.

      • Define and monitor key performance indicators to track and optimize product performance.

      • Communicate effectively with stakeholders about the product's progress, challenges, and successes.

      • Work closely with the different business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive towards a common goal

      • Develop external & internal market analysis and fitment

      • Do in-depth Build, buy, partner analysis, monetization, open-sourcing, & adoption strategies

      • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects

      • Ensures business needs are being met. Manage & drive partner roadmap relationships

      • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

      • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

      • Supports product implementation and deployment

      What you'll bring:

      • Strong Retail/e-commerce domain knowledge, led and delivered complex product and business initiatives

      • Proven 7+ yrs of experience as a Product Manager and led large business initiatives

      • Strong experience in user onboarding, user activation & retention, in-depth knowledge of CRM concepts, principles, and best practices.

      • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly recommended

      • Ability to organize and prioritize work, establish realistic goals and deadlines and manage changing priorities

      • Ability to achieve goals in an innovative environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends

      • Excellent communication skills

      • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

      • Ability to analysis products and process drive improvements aligned with strategic goals

      • Creative/Strategic thinking skills

      Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

      Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
