      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with training, facility, repair procedures, and tool/equipment requirements
      - Document findings and prepare improvement plans in collaboration with collision centers
      - Deliver stand-up training to collision center and dealer personnel on collision and safety-related topics
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to exceed their expectations
      - Support collision centers in achieving elite certification status

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in the collision center and/or mechanical service center industry, including management or insurance appraisals
      - Strong technical automotive background or education
      - High level of accuracy in verbal and written communication
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
      - Ability to travel locally and regionally for audits and limited national travel for training

      - Experience delivering stand-up or onsite training in the automotive sector
      - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills
      - High level of empathy and interpersonal skills for effective interaction at all levels
      - Proven ability to self-manage and maintain motivation in an independent contractor role
      - Demonstrated innovative thinking and a detail-oriented approach
