- Assist team in origination, evaluation and structuring of financing transactions
- Work on the entire lifecycle of trades – perform credit analysis, prepare term sheets & credit notes and drive execution
- Assist team in deal origination. Prepare pitchbooks, track markets and analyze comparable transactions to price potential transactions
- Assist in deal evaluation and structuring of transactions across credit and special situations, real-estate financing, securitization etc.
- Work on the entire lifecycle of trades - prepare term sheets, analyze financial models, perform relevant due diligence, and assist in execution including documentation and funding
- Perform credit and financial analysis on situations to identify business risks and its mitigants
- Prepare investment memorandums / briefing material on transactions for internal stakeholders as well as market participants
- Coordinate with business functions including credit, legal, compliance, operations etc. on transactions as well as on a regular basis
- Understanding firm's approach and policies for managing risks and applicable legal and regulatory rule
- Strong educational background
- Strong written and oral communication skills
