      Description:

      As a sales leader of Captive business in India, you will be responsible for managing and achieving the overall bookings target for your portfolio.

      Responsibilities:

      • Formulating and executing GCC sales strategy in collaboration with business unit heads based on market analysis, customer & prospect insights and competitive landscape.
      • Build and prioritize the list of existing MNC clients to target in collaboration with the global business unit Sales heads.
      • Build the India GCC sales team with planning at Tier 1 India city level based on the target client list.
      • Collaborate with Tech Sales and offering leaders to enable necessary support required for selling to GCC Client.
      • Drive, mentor and coach commercial team including Niche Sellers to meet their targets
      • Play a crucial role in grooming the team about significant industry factors such as competitive trends, regulations, customer needs and pricing. Analyze the dynamics of the assigned market to maximize current achievements and identify new sales growth opportunities.
      • Collaborate with internal teams such as Alliance, presales, marketing, delivery, solution / offering to align sales efforts and deliver a seamless customer experience.
      • Sales management activities
      o Managing overall Order Booking targets, calendarization of the targets
      o Accurately forecasting the quarterly landing with predefined accuracy.
      o Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as win-rate, sold margin, and average deal size.
      o Capacity planning, hiring and grooming Niche Sellers / Sales Capture


      Skills and Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree required, Post Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA degree is preferred
      • Minimum of 15 years of experience in selling/closing deals in the professional services space
      • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles within GCC set up, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
