      SAP HR Professionals

      Requirements

      • Need to be analytical, logical and willing to learn new technology
      • Strong performance in the current role
      • Knowledge of SAP Payroll (at least one country) is mandatory
      • Own the SAP configuration for multiple MNC Clients of Global View
      • Provide consulting services to client base, as required
      • Provide technical support for post-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes – specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation
      • Adhere to Global View configuration standards and conventions
      • Adhere to ADP procedures and policies
      • Prepare functional/technical specifications and change control requests
      • Ensure that customer needs not effectively addressed within the current offering, are communicated to Global View Product Manager.

      RPO – US IT Recruiter Professionals

      Requirements

      • You are AIRS Certified, including, Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR)
      • You have other, highly recognized professional certifications, such as: PMP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM -- SCP
      • You have a minimum of 8 years of directly related experience, either in a corporate, RPO, or agency recruitment environment.
      • Positive Self-Starter. You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection. You can manage your time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task with the best of them. In addition, you can present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in person, and over the phone.
      • Client-Focus. You can manage a high-volume requisition pipeline and build client and hiring manager relationships, all while ensuring stellar service for candidates.
      • Service Orientation. You have an ambitious spirit and thrive under pressure, motivating you to not only hit hiring targets but exceed them.
      • Industry Expertise. You have in-depth knowledge of the recruiting industry and can be leveraged by less senior team members for best practice sharing.
      • Work Independently. You feel comfortable working independently and owning small projects with minimal guidance. You are an expert in your field and can leverage your own judgment and in-depth knowledge to impact a range of client, operational, project, or service activities.

      Tax Consulting Advisor Professionals

      Requirements

      • 2-4 years of payroll tax related experience
      • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer service environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
      • Strong client relationship skills with the ability to maintain client satisfaction in a relevant industry or has a payroll/ payroll tax background.
      • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
      • Experience noted above OR
      • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
      • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
      • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level.
      • Ability to multi-task with sound analytic, tax technical, organizational and project management skills.
      • Good written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proficiency in ADP technologies and working knowledge of various tax related operating systems.
