What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Solve customer challenges to create new business opportunities
- Lead educational seminars for customer engineering teams on potential solutions
- Collaborate with local channel teams to implement growth strategies and initiatives
- Prospect and develop new customers for industrial adhesive and tape solutions
- Manage an opportunity pipeline and conduct regular business reviews for key markets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience AND four (4) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- OR High school diploma/GED and eight (8) years of sales experience in a similar environment
- Current, valid driver's license
- Proven ability to articulate value propositions and engage in system-selling
- Strong track record of collaboration and teamwork
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with key account management and product demonstrations
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to develop and manage key accounts effectively
- Previous experience in a sales role within the industrial sector
- Familiarity with market insights and customer needs analysis
