      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Solve customer challenges to create business opportunities
      - Lead seminars with customer engineering teams to provide education on solutions
      - Partner with local teams to execute growth initiatives and strategies
      - Prospect new customers and develop end-user processes for adhesive and tape solutions
      - Manage opportunity pipeline and conduct strategic planning for key markets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience AND four (4) years of sales experience; OR High school/GED and eight (8) years of sales experience
      - Current, valid driver’s license
      - Proven experience in sales within a private, public, government, or military environment
      - Ability to articulate value propositions and engage in system-selling
      - Understanding of manufacturing processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing and managing key accounts
      - Product demonstration experience
      - Strong track record of collaboration and teamwork
      - Familiarity with industrial adhesive and tape solutions
