Job Title: Industrial Assembler
Job Description
As an Industrial Assembler, you will play a vital role in constructing the interiors of enclosures for power and electrical plants, wind farms, and more. You will utilize blueprints to determine the layout, install wire panels and components, and connect numerous wires on electrical panels. Your role includes using small hand and power tools, installing and connecting conduits, and working collaboratively with a team of 4 to 5 individuals.

Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position located in Des Moines, Iowa, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, including a half-hour lunch break. Extended hours can be earned, ranging from 6:00am to 4:00pm. The facility is clean, bright, climate-controlled, and emphasizes production and performance. Team assignments are based on skill compatibility among the 400 facility employees. The dress code requires jeans, sleeved t-shirts, closed-toed shoes, and mandatory safety glasses. Attendance is monitored with a 5-minute clock-in cushion, with allowances for doctor's notes to excuse incidents.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.77 - $23.54/hr.
