      Job Title: Industrial Electrician

      Job Description

      We are seeking experienced Industrial Electricians with leadership and foreman experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead small crews while remaining hands-on and eager to learn and assist wherever needed. This role offers an opportunity to grow into a management position in the future, and requires journeyman level experience in an industrial setting.

      Responsibilities

      • Lead and supervise small crews effectively.
      • Remain hands-on while executing electrical tasks.
      • Continue learning and adapt to various roles as required.
      • Install cable trays and wire up motor controls.
      • Work with rigid conduit and perform control work.
      • Read and interpret blueprints.
      • Assist with threading conduit.

      Essential Skills

      • Journeyman level experience in industrial electrical settings.
      • Proficiency in installing cable trays and motor controls.
      • Experience with rigid conduit and control work.
      • Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience in heavy industrial environments.
      • Capability to thread conduit and perform precise installations.

      Work Environment

      This role will be based in a heavy industrial environment, including industrial plants, water works, and DOT facilities.


      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
