- Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate processes in a large scope development project.
- Multi-task several assignments and develop priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Focus on continuous improvement through research and innovation.
- Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
- Create SOPs for all manufacturing and operation processes.
- Support production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
- Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
- Improve work methods through the application of Lean techniques and deploy best practices.
- Comply with OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies.
- Industrial engineering experience, including factory layout, time studies, and BOM/routing development.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks preferred (willing to consider other CAD experience for layout design).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a process-engineering environment with industrial machinery.
- Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time studies, and process balancing.
- Ability to collaborate with program managers, manufacturing leads, customers, and functional leads.
- Extensive knowledge of various types of manufacturing equipment and their limitations.
- Experience in a LEAN environment.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with CAD.
- Six Sigma certification.

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. You will work with other team members to integrate processes within a large scope development project, manage multiple assignments, and develop priorities to ensure timely task completion. This role focuses on continuous improvement through research and innovation, evaluating current manufacturing practices to identify areas needing improvement, creating SOPs for all manufacturing and operation processes, and supporting production schedules to maximize productivity.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $62.50/hr.
