Job Description

- Lean Six Sigma Methodology;
- Object Oriented program and data;
- Data analysis using Minitab or MySQL;
- MATLAB;
- C++/Java programming;
- Data Analysis using JMP.
Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated software systems for managing the company’s production processes, taking into account human work factors, quality control, logistic and material flow, costs analysis, and production coordination. Identify improvement opportunities, and develop engineering solutions to meet Area Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Goals. Contribute to industrial engineering automation systems and procedures to establish and maintain accurate area production management systems to enhance ongoing operations. Establish a sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization. Identify operational issues related to manufacturing and logistics and fix and or propose solutions to fix the issues. Partner with cross-functional groups to thoroughly understand area operations to improve operational efficiency of factory equipment and improve labor productivity. Up to 2% domestic travel required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, foreign equivalent or related field.
