- Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field is required. Completion of a Master’s degree in Industrial
Engineering or related field is preferred. - Requires three years of related professional experience, in engineering, supply chain or inventory management.
- Applicants with a Master’s Degree must
have at least one year of work experience in related field - Knowledge of material handling equipment utilized in a warehouse environment.
- Advanced knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair and maintenance are preferred.
- Microsoft office (especially Excel, Word, PPT, Visio), Python, AutoCAD, Construction layout markup tools, benchmarking tools, and ERP applications. (SAP)
- Knowledge of material handling equipment utilized in a warehouseenvironment.

- Enacts quality control procedures to resolveproblems or minimize costs
- Designssystems to coordinate activities andplanning to ensurequality standards
- SupervisoryResponsibility:
- Provides mentorship and training to junior teammembers including support staff and interns
- Uses knowledge ofdistribution andlogistics to evaluatecurrent operating practices toensureservices provided meet or exceeds customerrequirements.
- Evaluatesproblemsandmakesquick and decisive actionsto solve the problem.
- Knowledgeof materials management information systems tomeet the needs of customers and employees of the department.
- Works ina warehouse, supply chainwork environment,with occasional work in an office.
- May experience occasional discomfort due to cold, heat, noise, and poor ventilation.

The Industrial Engineer II reports to the Industrial Engineering Manager and is responsible for designing efficient systems that integrate workers, information, machines, energy and materials to optimize Supply Chain This position will also design equipment to coordinate operational planning to minimize issues and costs while ensuring products meet quality standards. They will design, develop and maintain operational processes using MS Visio to maximize effectiveness, efficiency and space, with a focus on implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Industrial Engineer II may lead small projects or components of larger projects with little direction or supervision. They will also ensure Supply Chain complies with all industry standards for safety while meeting design standards and guidelines. This position will provide training and mentorship to junior members of the team. They will also work in a support role as needed on less complex projects, and may proactively lead project meetings.

Salary Range: Minimum 39.79 per hour - Maximum 63.67 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
