      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, analyze, and implement manufacturing processes
      - Lead/support operational groups in determining root cause and resolution of performance issues
      - Support cost reduction of existing products and parts
      - Develop and implement process improvements
      - Establish requirements for manufacturing projects and lead a team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience OR Master's degree and 4+ years of experience
      - 8+ years of work experience preferred
