      Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement

      The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
      •Efficiency studies (OEE);
      •Promoting Continuous improvement culture throughout the organization;
      •Executing internal and external benchmarking analysis;
      •Design, drive and dimension productivity projects (such as automation, re-layout, shift management);
      •Performing operative projects using typical industrial engineering tools and methodologies such as time studies, Cronoanalysis, man/machine chart, Value Stream mapping;
      •Valorizing benefits of industrial projects;
      •Create and updated procedure for process standardization;
      •Direct/Indirect HC optimization.

      Requirements
      •Master Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
      •Minimum 3/4 years of experience in similar role;
      •Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and green belt;
      •Ability to work in international teams;
      •Travelling flexibility (international and domestic);
      •Fluency in English.
