      Responsibilities:

      • Material Flow Optimization: Propose improvements to reduce material movement and enhance efficiency in production, warehouse, and assembly areas.
      • Time Studies and Process Improvement: Conduct time studies, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to minimize waste and optimize production processes.
      • Production Planning Support: Assist in analyzing workflows to minimize lead times from production order creation to machining.
      • Ergonomic Improvements: Recommend changes to workstations and layouts to improve productivity and worker safety.
      • KPI Dashboard Development: Assist in creating and enhancing Power BI dashboards to track performance metrics like Engineer-to-Order (ETO) quotes and seal inspection data.
      • Excel and Power BI Automation: Improve existing reports, automate Excel processes, and develop Power BI modules for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
      • Reporting Enhancements: Help digitize production reports and improve data accessibility for better decision-making.
      • Seal Inspections: Learn and assist with seal disassembly, inspection, and failure pattern identification, capturing photos for engineering analysis.
      • Seal Reporting: Organize and document inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and contributing to process improvements.
      • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA): Assist in FMEA sessions to identify failure modes and contribute to risk assessments and corrective actions.

      Qualifications:

      • Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (Junior or Senior year preferred).
      • Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0+).
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Power BI experience .
      • Basic understanding of production systems, mechanical components, and fluid systems.
      • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to learning.
