      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Warehouse time study and labor standard update for Forklifts workflows.
      • Observe and streamline our warehouse-to-warehouse cross dock process.
      • Perform a study regarding our current driver pay program and the effect of potential changes to it.
      • Assist with a time study for Yard jockeys with updated NCR Yard application.
      • Examine current processes/procedures and make recommendations to modify or change.

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      • Strong analytical skills
      • Strong communication skills
      • A solid work ethic and good attendance.
      • The ability to work a flexible schedule.
      • The ability to work both in a team and as an individual without needing constant guidance and supervision.
      • Presenting ideas for improvement and being able to follow through if given the approval of those ideas.

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

      • Undergraduate juniors/seniors, post-undergraduate, or graduate/MBA students preferred.
      • Major: Industrial Engineering preferred

      Grasping/Finger Movement & Dexterity- Left/Right Hands Constant 5-8 Hours

      Sitting Constant 5-8 Hours
      Twisting Frequent 3-5 Hours
      Walking Frequent 3-5 Hours

      The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Northeast Shared Services’ total compensation and benefits package, which includes, 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
