- Inspect forklift and attachments daily to ensure safe operation.
- Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
- Navigate tight spaces and uneven terrain with large, heavy cargo.
- Communicate effectively with ground crews and spotters to ensure safe maneuvering.
- Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of moves and equipment usage.
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
- Experience with 20K Sit Down Forklifts.
- Proficiency in operating industrial equipment.
- Ability to move 60ft trailers and sea trains.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with ground crews.
- Experience with pick and reach trucks is a plus.

Job Description

This is a Contract position based out of Bakersfield, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
