    • Have the ability to obtain the Workplace Specialist I teaching license in the area of advanced manufacturing. https:// www.doe.in.gov/licensing/workplace-specialist
    • Meet credentialing standards of post-secondary partner to be able to offer dual credit
    • Attend training as related to program requirements to ensure appropriate delivery of content and curriculum
    • Continue fostering relationships with local manufacturing partners for training and work-based learning opportunities
    • Effectively implement instruction and assessments as assigned. This includes following the curriculum guide and teaching standards as outlined by Ivy Tech Community College and Smart Automation Certifications (SACA)
    • Effectively monitor all student learning. This would include, but is not limited to, observing and recording all student data related to classroom activities, providing intervention as indicated by the data and observation, communication with stakeholders regarding student learning
    • Maintain all student records as required by Community Schools of Frankfort, Wildcat Creek Career Cooperative, and Ivy Tech Community College
    • Effectively implement other duties as assigned by the administration
    • Valid Indiana Teaching License, or ability to obtain Workplace Specialist I License
    • A minimum of 5 years teaching or working in the field of Advanced Manufacturing, with an emphasis on industrial maintenance.
