Job Description
- Req#: JP-005308202
- Clean and inspect parts before painting
- Mix coatings and apply primers, sealers, and finishes using spray equipment
- Correct application errors as needed
- Maintain spray equipment and paint booth cleanliness
- Handle hazardous waste and follow safety protocols
- Industrial or auto body painting experience
- Ability to mix and apply paint products
- Knowledge of spray gun operation and maintenance
- Understanding of finish quality standards
- Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations
- 1-year automotive paint prep experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with sanders, grinders, and hand tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Manufacturing floor with 160 colleagues
- Team sizes range from 6-15
- Physical demands: bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs)
- Non-temperature-controlled workspace, exceeding 95°F
- Strict adherence to safety procedures

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.
