      Industrial Painter

      Snyder, Nebraska | Permanent Position

      We are hiring Industrial Painters across experience levels, with structured growth opportunities. You’ll paint and prepare industrial trucks and parts, ensuring high-quality finishes.

      Responsibilities

      • Clean and inspect parts before painting
      • Mix coatings and apply primers, sealers, and finishes using spray equipment
      • Correct application errors as needed
      • Maintain spray equipment and paint booth cleanliness
      • Handle hazardous waste and follow safety protocols

      Skills & Qualifications

      Required:

      • Industrial or auto body painting experience
      • Ability to mix and apply paint products
      • Knowledge of spray gun operation and maintenance
      • Understanding of finish quality standards
      • Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations

      Preferred:

      • 1-year automotive paint prep experience
      • High school diploma or GED
      • Proficiency with sanders, grinders, and hand tools
      • Strong communication and teamwork skills

      Work Environment

      • Manufacturing floor with 160 colleagues
      • Team sizes range from 6-15
      • Physical demands: bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs)
      • Non-temperature-controlled workspace, exceeding 95°F
      • Strict adherence to safety procedures

      The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.
