      Job Description: Industry Enterprise Relationship Associate – R

      The Industry Enterprise Relationship Associate supports the Industry Specialists, who are aligned by industry sector, to drive business integration holistically between Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Markets and the Wealth and Consumer businesses including Workplace Benefits and Employee Banking and Investing (EBI+). The team has deep sector knowledge, stays updated on industry trends, market conditions, and economic developments to drive LOB priorities and provide informed advice and recommendations to clients. The Industry Enterprise Relationship Associate is responsible for supporting the operations of the team, data management, performance enhancement and problem resolution to drive business integration results and data integrity. The Enterprise Relationship Specialist Teams are responsible for delivering cross line of business growth objectives through business integration and the Market President and Local Markets Organization.

      Responsibilities:

      • Dedicated to Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) and Global Markets (GM) for all cross-line of business activities
      • Aligned to the Industry Enterprise Relationship Specialist Team, responsible for forging strong partnerships and industry expertise to drive referral flows holistically
      • Supports Wealth Management (GWIM) to Investment Banking (GIB) and Global Markets (GM) referral opportunities completing compliance checks, due diligence and coordination with Specialists and Industry partners
      • Manages all referrals into Investment Banking (IBK) and Global Markets (GM) in terms of documentation including: conflicts checks, revenue share agreements and sign-off, ACC/RMT management and all other reporting requirements
      • Supports the Specialist in driving client strategy and outbound referral activity and maintenance, including Employee Banking and Investing (EBI) and Workplace Benefits referrals
      • Responsible for making all Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) referral assignments as per Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) policy and Local Markets Organization (LMO) processes in accordance with GWIM Leadership
      • Works with the Divisional Enterprise Relationship Specialist Team, Local Market Partners and the GCIB Liaisons to coordinate on GBAM clients in local markets
      • Oversees pipeline management, performance data, revenue share processing, referral input and resolution, monthly reporting reconciliations and supports the overall technical operations of the team

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      • 5+ years banking, trading, wealth management experience or a related field
      • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (*will support if candidate does not currently have, but must obtain within specified timeframe)
      • Analytical and problem-solving skills, organized with great attention to detail and execution
      • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
      • Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and must have the ability to master new technology and data management
