- Be the go-t o subject matter expertise on general contracting / construction industry, business processes and terminologies
- provide contextual knowledge regarding general contracting industry, such as best practices, industry standards and KPIs
- identify opportunities for improvements and engagement in business processes, IT systems
- Help breakdown high level business requirements, help in refining requirements for IT systems for project management budgeting/invoicing, ERP etc.
- Anchor customer facing workshops for roadmap and vision development
