      - Stay updated with state filing requirements and regulations for designated areas.

      Responsibilities:

      - Prepare and submit filings for new and revised programs, non-standard forms, manual pages, and rule and rate deviations to state insurance departments.
      - Gather data from relevant resources and consult regulations to complete documentations.
      - Coordinate and submit responses to insurance department questions by collaborating with underwriting, actuarial, legal, and technical services.
      - Review insurance circular and bulletin summaries to determine filing requirements.
      - Maintain status reports of filing activity and stay updated on state filing requirements.

      Requirements:

      - Ability to work under time constraints.
      - Basic knowledge of the insurance business.
      - Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, listening, and organizational skills.
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
      - High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SERFF, I-File, and SharePoint.

      Education and Experience Preferred:

      - Associate degree with 1-3 years of general Property & Casualty experience.
      - Progress towards industry professional designation preferred.
      - Experience with SERFF, I-File, and SharePoint.

      Additional Information:

      - Salary ranges are determined by factors such as location, role, experience, and skillset.
      - Base salary range for this position is $52,000 - $74,000, with variations for certain locations.
      - Full-time employees are eligible for bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
