What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead consulting efforts in large global SAP transformation programs, including problem discovery and solution evaluation
- Develop detailed design and architecture alongside process artifacts for project implementation
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure clients can adapt to changing global needs
- Manage requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, functional testing, and data migration
- Provide thought leadership and drive decision-making processes for SAP S/4HANA adoption

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 13 years of experience in Information Technology, including hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Proven ability to handle extensive travel for project locations as required
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with a talent for people management
- Familiarity with proposal management, pre-sales, and driving sales pitches

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in end-to-end process architecture covering areas such as Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Logistics
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and tools like LeanIX
- Certification in S/4HANA, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach
- PMP or comparable certification
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
