What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead consulting engagements in large global SAP transformation programs, defining problem statements and evaluating solution options
- Create detailed design and architecture, along with process artifacts, to implement solutions effectively
- Support knowledge transfer to ensure value-adding consulting solutions for clients
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore functional leads to integrate various project tracks
- Drive strategic client meetings and manage project management tools within Agile and Activate methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in Information Technology
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO and large S/4 HANA transformation programs
- Proven ability to manage client stakeholders at the CXO level
- Excellent analytical, planning, and coordination skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in S/4 HANA
- Experience as a leader in end-to-end global SAP implementation programs
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team across multiple locations and time zones
