      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide individual, group, and family counseling to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral changes in clients
      - Conduct training workshops and on-site visits to childcare providers to enhance their competencies in addressing social/emotional health
      - Offer consultation and technical assistance services to childcare practitioners and families
      - Maintain appropriate documentation and perform ongoing assessments of client needs and functioning
      - Collaborate with local agencies and providers to identify needs for mental health promotion and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Infant Mental Health, or a related Human Services field
      - Minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct service experience via practicum, internship, or employment
      - Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional status in relevant programs
      - Proficiency in electronic health records and automated documentation systems
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
