Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required , and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
- Responsibilities
- Assist with and/or leads special projects
- Facilitate learning programs in both technical and soft skills
- Instruct and facilitate classes
- Perform administrative tasks including classroom setup, duplication and distribution of materials, etc.
- Maintain responsibility for Flight Attendant Training
- Provide coaching to class participants and feedback to their respective Leaders
- Maintain responsibility for complying with all necessary paperwork, curriculum, and training materials associated with Training program
- Accurately represent content to all Customers (Instructors, Business, Sr. Leadership, Safety Risk Management, etc.)
- May attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employees Leaders
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
- Skilled in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
- Knowledge of airline industry
- Skilled in classroom management
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience
- Intermediate-level experience; fully functioning broad knowledge in:
- classroom instruction, facilitation experience or relevant training
- public speaking skills
- Licensing/Certification
- Required: Flight Attendant Certification
- Physical Abilities
- Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
- Other Qualifications
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines

This role provides Legendary Customer Service while facilitating training courses for new hire Flight Attendant s by instructing and coaching on Company standards and regulatory requirements. This role also provides feedback on curriculum and training materials, and they’ll assist in maintaining and revising the training material. This Inflight Learning Instructor is passionate about connecting with and championing our Flight Attendants, and they’re an advocate for continuous improvement. This Instructor will have the opportunity to grow and learn in their expertise each day.

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $66,150 - $73,500 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.Benefits you’ll love:
