Bachelor’s degree ; emphasis in communications, marketing or public relations preferred
1 -2 year s of full-time experience in PR , marketing or influencer relations and/or 2 years of internship experience
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
A positive, high-energy team player who possesses excellent organization and project management skills
Solutions-oriented and flexible, with an ability to work on multiple projects at a time and quickly pivot based on brand needs
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot and work in a fast-moving environment
Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and understanding of social media platforms
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
Participate in the day-to-day management of our influencer gifting program to support company goals, brand storytelling and acquisition
Manage relationships with micro-influencers, managing all communications to fulfil program deliverables.
Monitor product inventory, and place and track gifting orders for influencers to achieve monthly goals, being mindful of program deadlines.
Identify on-brand influencers to help expand and optimize the program.
Support the influencer generated content organization and distribution process to ensure all content is being fully utilized .
Negotiate and contract creators for one-off paid UGC requests .
Track and analyz e all influencer program deliverables, data and KPIs .
Creat e content calendars and directional collateral for influencers to help them fulfill contractual obligations .
Maintain and updat e influencer management platform s with monthly campaigns .
S hare creative content ideas and inspiration with internal team and partners .
K now what’s going on in the industry and what our competitors are doing; collect key learnings that can be used to strengthen our partnership programs .

Fabletics is looking for a n Influencer Marketing Coordinator .
How Do You Fit In?
As t he Influencer Marketing Coordinator , will support the execution of Fabletics earned influencer program, to further the success, growth, evolution and performance of the program. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for influencer relationship management, program execution and admin support, industry research and casting, inventory management and product seeding support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), be hyper-organized and can effectively manage multiple projects at a time.
You will report to the Director, Influencer and partner closely with all cross-functional Marketing teams (social media, content, paid media, creative, etc.).

The hourly range for this position is from $26.87- 28 . 85 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fa bletics e xpects to pay for the role. Of fered b ase salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter ex pertise a nd work location.
