- Manages relationships with influencers.
- Maintains brand standards by reviewing and routing content for approvals.
- Assists with influencer strategy, aligning campaign content with corporate initiatives.
- Provides detailed reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborates with the social team on influencer posts to appear on Hy-Vee’s feed.
- Communicates with the paid digital team to boost content.
- Assists with writing influencer briefs and routing for approval.
- Follow and share industry, competitor, and market trends.
- Works with the RedMedia team to collaborate with vendor requests.
- Collaborates with the brand management team to secure campaign details.
- Assists the sports marketing team with athlete partnership recommendations.
- Provides recommendations to local teams.
- Assists with recommendations for Seasons influencer marketing initiatives.
- Ensures invoices are received and routed in a timely manner.
- Explores opportunities with affiliate marketing.
- Helps support creator program and day-to-day activities.
- Prepare various reports as assigned.
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years previous related work experience preferred.
- Understanding of social media platforms and Paid Advertising Platforms is plus.
- Visual requirements include ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
- Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 10 pounds of force to move objects as well as perform sedentary work.
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.

Seeking a dynamic influencer marketing professional that is detail-oriented to execute and report on influencer marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates are detail-driven, possess the ability to quickly pivot, and react professionally while representing the Hy-Vee brand.
