      Job Title: Info System Security Analyst

      What you will do: Responsible for maintaining user accounts that provide personnel with access to network and application resources. Also manages network directory rights associated with user accounts. Coordinates with IS-Technical Support, IS-Technology, IS-Applications, and user departments to ensure that access rights are maintained in a manner that properly balances ease of access with requirements for confidentiality and integrity. Monitors user accounts for adherence to security policies and reviews system logs and data files for evidence of security violations. Develops and maintains procedures for administering user accounts. Implements and maintains software applications used in administering and monitoring user accounts, and devises strategies for leveraging these applications to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of user account administration. Documents system configuration to support disaster recovery efforts.
      What you will need:

      • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.

      • Two years of security experience is preferred.

      • Verbal and written communication skills including: technical writing, diagramming, effective email skills, and the demonstrated ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse groups at all levels of the organization and its vendors and affiliates.

      • Demonstrated ability to work effectively individually and in a team setting.

      • Organizational skills and ability to manage work load while assigned to multiple simultaneous projects.

      • Thorough understanding of user account administration in a network environment.

      • Thorough understanding of security auditing principles. Experience with security software is desirable.

      • Familiarity with current common paradigms for violating system integrity.

      • Advanced computer skills utilizing MS Active Directory and associated administrative and security tools.

      • Experience in 24x7 support of large mission-critical production systems.

      • Advanced PC skills utilizing, configuring and administering desktop Windows and utilizing standard office automation tools.
