  JOB DESCRIPTION:

  ROLE: Infor Cloud Suite Techno Functional Consultant

  REQUIRED TECHNICAL: Infor Cloud Suite FSM Techno Functional

  EXPERIENCE: 10+

  LOCATION: USA

  REQUIRED SKILLS:

  1. MUST HAVE: Have strong hands-on experience in Landmark Pattern Language (LPL) with expertise in developing complex and custom forms in LPL using Configuration Console via Rich Client/Web
  2. Have a work experience on LPL, IPA, and ION Technical combination
  3. Candidate should have experience in Infor FSM Functional – Requisition, PO, Receiving, Matching, Inventory, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Mobile SCM
  4. Ability to incorporate any business rules in custom business classes
  5. Ability to create cloned forms, add user fields
  6. Strong experience in creating custom Action Requests and custom Triggers
  7. Able to develop medium to complex Workflows using Infor Process Designer. Good knowledge in all type of nodes
  8. Must have experience in personalizing and configuring lists, forms and business rules using LPL/Configuration Console and Developing new interfaces using IPD
  9. Candidate should have rich experience on business requirement gathering and documentation, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

  Ability to create and call ION BODs from within LPL.

  GOOD TO HAVE:

  1. Excellent communication skills, strong business experience, ability to work independently or within a team and possess outstanding end-user interaction
  2. Able to work on documentation like Business Requirement Document (BRD), Technical Design Document (TDD), End User Guide, Test Cases preparation
  3. Knowledge in using Infor User Adoption Platform (UAP)
  4. Knowledge in Infor Mingle and Infor OS
  5. Knowledge in Infor Security, Infor Spread Sheet Designer, Infor ION
  6. Experience in support projects in FSM applications with moderate functional knowledge. Implementation experience will be added advantage
  7. Experience using any ticketing tool for incidents management, Service Requests
  8. Knowledge in Agile methodology of project execution
