  Position : Informatica ILM Data Vault (Archive) Developer

  Location : Warsaw, IN

  Duration : Fulltime (Permanent)

  Job Description:

  Mandatory Skills:

  • Person should have 2-4 years of extensive experience in Informatica and data warehousing.
  • Person will be involved in preparing high level and low level ETL design documents.
  • Person will be involved in creating technical documentation.
  • Deliver end-to-end Data Archive and Data Subset solutions using Informatica Power Center, ILM
  • Will perform hands-on development to create retirement entities and archive jobs.
  • Work with business and IT to gather requirements and define the Data Archive solutions for application retirement, live data archiving, data masking etc.
  • Perform testing of the Code to meet business and technical specifications including performance tuning during development lifecycle
  • Work with team leadership to understand scope, derive estimates, schedule, allocate work, manage tasks/projects, present status updates to IT and business leaders as required
  • Define and contribute to development of standards, guidelines, design patterns and common development frameworks & components
  • Work effectively in a distributed global team environment across US, India

  Skills Required:

  • Good Knowledge and understanding of Informatica Power Centre.
  • Hands-on experience in analytics.
  • Sound knowledge of Oracle DB and should be comfortable in writing Oracle SQL queries and understanding PL/SQL.
  • Should be thorough in ETL and Data Warehousing concepts.
  • Should have through knowledge on Informatica Data Archival Architecture.
  • Should have knowledge on Key components of the Data Archive
  • 6+ years of hands on and implementation experience on Information Power Center, ILM with strong expertise in ETL, and SQL development.
  • Experience in retirement of ERP, SAP and Custom Applications.
  • Experience in creating search and reporting solutions of archived data.
  • Experience in data refresh to non-prod environment .
  • Strong expertise Unix Scripting, SQL tuning , PL/SQL on Oracle (10g, 11g).
  • Experience in projects involving Master Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data / Application Integration is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skills
