What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Market Liaison to organize and deploy educational sessions, ensuring all logistics are managed
- Facilitate communication and coordination with presenters, ensuring they are well-prepared
- Manage the Project Plan for the market, adhering to timelines and monitoring tasks
- Document hours spent on activities to measure project bandwidth and effectiveness
- Attend market-specific meetings, gather insights, and support the market liaison with information and template development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Significant experience in establishing Communities of Practice (CoPs)
- Project management experience with a focus on optimizing business and project-level processes
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
- Advanced knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications relative to user needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading successful projects within a federal consulting environment
- Familiarity with Federal EHR tools such as Oracle Health and Epic
- PMP or Prosci certification
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple assignments under pressure
