What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consultative support and develop analytic reports for GBS National Account clients focusing on disability, absence, voluntary benefits, and life products
- Analyze claim data to identify actionable trends and recommend strategies to clients
- Collaborate with Account Management to prioritize and schedule client reports and meetings
- Lead the development of new reporting capabilities that demonstrate GBS’s value proposition
- Provide training and expert advice to key business partners on consultative analysis tools and techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in math, economics, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related fields; advanced degree or designation preferred
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytic and consulting capacity
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Group Disability products
- Experience with statistical programming in Python or R
- Familiarity with analytics and BI tools, including Access and Excel
