Reporting to the Manager, Pharmacy Informatics, utilizing a variety of Pharmacy and hospital software applications, such as Cerner, and with direction from the Informatics Analyst, the Informatics Support Analyst, Pharmacy maintains Pharmacy electronic systems and databases; tests new/revised systems and records and reports results; investigates, documents and resolves or escalates/assigns systems and hardware problems in accordance with established protocols and procedures; supports systems analysis and development; and participates in systems user orientation and training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Completion of a recognized two year computer systems technology diploma program or recognized Computer Science courses, plus two (2) years recent, related experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
